Top notch service! Devon and William were courteous and prompt. I will definitely have them over again for future services.

Just bad professionalism. One of the technicians used a powered drill and stripped the screw which caused a short within the circuit. They are charging me for another visit as it was the technicians fault according to the manager. Just got a bill 9 months later for the work that was supposed to be corrected. They have technicians doing personal visits and stealing from the company. They have to be COD because they do terrible work. Technicians are quitting at a faster rate and its getting hard to train these new guys. You are just another costumer in their book.

I have been using Fogel since I moved here 6 years ago. They installed a split air conditioner and heater on my glassed in porch and service that as well. I don't keep track of when I am due to get my maintenance done, but they do. The men are so polite and I love talking with them when they are done. The company must treat them well, because the same workers come every time. I trust them, which is the most important thing these days. Pamela Hoffman

I called a roofer who gave me an exorbitant price. Then I reached out to Fogel. They were energetic and happy. Very nice on the phone.
Their installers came over and did the work quickly and professionally...i was impressed.

I put in an emergency call at 3:30 on Christmas Eve was told I would hear back within an hour to 2 hours from a technician never heard back from the technician. Finally received a call back on December 28th from the main office. Called preferred Home Services on Christmas morning and they had a technician at our house Christmas afternoon. Sorry fogel I won't be calling again.

Avoid using this company! Our unit has been out for over 24 hours. It is 90+ degrees outside and no one from Fogel has any sense of urgency to repair our unit. We moved into a brand new home and our unit is less than 6 months old and we have had to have it serviced a couple of times already. They are making no attempts to get the replacement part because it is the weekend and the lady that answers the phone is very rude! Save yourself the trouble and pick a better service provider for your AC unit.

Devin was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my clients HVAC and fixed it quickly. I appreciate a service that takes care of thier clients promptly.
