Our A/C went out on Thursday afternoon. I called around to at least 10 different places. The easiest anyone could come out to look at it was Monday. Then Zack returned my call around 4. I asked if he could possibly come out the next day (Friday)? He said I’m on my way back to the shop, I can be there in 30 minutes. HOLY COW!! He had to get us a new compressor and was able to install it Saturday morning at 9AM. That was more than we could have hoped for. Again NO ONE else could come out until Monday afternoon. ZACH IS THE MAN!!! Thank you so much for everything!! You saved us this weekend / summer. Forever grateful.

Zach is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled technician. I had an emergency failure of my A/C unit and Zach was able to work me in day of to get my unit back up and going again. Excellent service, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Zack was great to work with! He cleaned up the prior company's mess they were unable to resolve and got our heat up and running quickly! It is difficult to come behind someone else who had done poor work and identify and resolve issues they caused but Zack was able to do so quickly and we are very pleased with the service we received! Definitely have Pace's stored in my contacts for any future needs!

He was on time, and professional. He was able to add on more work when he found my ductwork was not completely connected to the unit. I appreciate that he could take care of that when he found it!

Pace’s Comfort Cooling was recommended to me on our neighborhood Facebook page. I had previously reached out to multiple larger companies that couldn’t make it out to service our broken A/C unit for 5-7 days... which was unfathomable in this almost 100 degree weather. Zach Pace responded so promptly, and said he could have a tech out the same day!! The tech, Owen, was polite and professional, got to the bottom of the issue and had the a/c fixed and running within 30 minutes of arriving at our house. Can not recommend this company enough!!

We had a pretty unique HVAC situation come up and had already hired one company to come out and they charged us thousands of dollars and didn’t end up getting our AC running. We were told we would need a brand new compressor for our brand new unit. Zach was referred to us by a trusted friend and he was able to come out within a few hours and fixed the problem in an hour… SO thankful and glad to have him now for any issues that come up. Also sad for us that we wasted money on another HVAC company. Thank you so much Zach!

The Team at Pace’s had serviced my old unit previously and this year my unit which was original to the home gave up. Owen was quick to come out and investigate and then provided top level communication on my options and provided me with great service w all my questions regarding those options. He was very clear and provided all the answers I was seeking. I went with a new unit on the home and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work performed. The guys got here early on time and conducted the replacement with professionalism even loving on my pup while they were here.
