Carolina Sun Heating and Air

Saw them on a list with Berkeley electric. They were the only ones with the cheapest quote. Their air conditioner is awesome. I would definitely recommend them. I wanted to add how awesome this Company really is. Last night 6/5/23 I heard water leaking in my attic. The air handler that that they replaced was leaking. I called them at 1030pm and Mike the Manager called me back 15 minutes later. He sent a guy over the same night that was coming from James Island. It turned out it wasn't something something they did. A part was defective. The guy fixed it and it's working great. I highly recommend them

Mike and his team are honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They responded quickly and explained the issues and options clearly. On the day of install, the team was incredibly courteous and respectful, leaving the house cleaner than they found it. They have followed up several times to ensure everything is working well. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their service!

Did a wonderful job on my rental property.
AC had issues with it, had the original company come out that installed my new unit. they didn't fix it and MIKE with Carolina Sun came to my rescue.They knew exactly what to do. Fixed what the other company couldn't and diagnosed it properly. highly recommend, they know what they are doing

Mike Platt is a despicable human being. He is taking advantage of a deceased military member and his wife.

Carolina Sun was able to get out to my home the next week to replace a new A/C and gas furnace package unit. Rain delayed the install a bit but they were able to come out the same day to install the unit within 3-4 hours. Mike (owner) was very easy to work with and was very professional and VERY responsive. Great company.
