I just had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in my sunroom. Alan was awesome to deal with! He showed up on time was very diligent about making sure that the product was installed correctly and that I understood how to use it. I highly recommend Brady, Heating and Air!

I must say how happy I’ve been with this company!! After 2 different companies coming to my home I called them. They were the 3rd company. Getting all of my frustrations the tech went over and beyond to get my air up and running. He explained everything in detail as what he was doing. Once the tech left; a fault of my own, I thought my air had stopped again. Once I reached out the tech was even willing to return. This company hands down is the best I’ve worked with and shows they care about their customers!! I’m really appreciative for business like this that takes customer service to the highest level!! Again, THANK YOU and I will be a repeat customer!!

Allen was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to come out same day. He even even took the time to explain what he was doing while he was doing it. I will definitely be using her services again

We just received the BEST Customer Service EVER with Brady Heating & Air. On Monday morning we called a Heating/Air company to have them come check our broken AC system, the earliest they could come would be Wednesday afternoon (we had no AC during this time) so I looked for another company to see if they could come sooner. Brady Heating & Air said they could come and they were at our house at 11 am (the same day I called)! Amazing. They have 5 Stars reviews and now we know why, they are truly amazing!! Allen was exceptional, very knowledgeable and very nice. He texted to let me know when to expect him and he was on time. It was the absolute best AC service we've had in our 30 years in Charleston!! Thank you Allen and Brady Heating & Air! We really appreciate it!! Do you do roofs?? Lol!!! Wish all companies were so amazing!!! 👏👏👏

Alan has been great to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything not only works properly but is esthetically correct as well. We highly recommend this company.

Brady installed a new Trane HVAC system for us in a professional and efficient manner. The work area was kept clean at all times. He worked steadily without taking a break and completed the install in 6 hours. Very knowledgeable about system and ensured we were happy before leaving. Also, of 3 estimates we obtained, this was the least expensive for the best quality equipment. Scheduled a follow-up visit in a few weeks to test cooling when temp outside is warmer. We would recommend Brady for your HVAC needs.

Called Brady AC after having a problem with my AC, they were responsive, Trey my AC tech was very polite & knowledgeable, had me up and running in no time at all. I will be using Brady from this point forward

First visit: Finally found a firm that provides quality HVAC service and does the job correctly! I like things done right and Brady HVAC absolutely provides that!
We tried the $99 service specials and OMG, they do a basic visual once-over and grab your check as they pass through.
Listen, if you want to avoid some frustration and have someone actually perform the service you are paying for call Brady. I'm totally impressed with the quality, the thoroughness, the professionalism and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!

Very responsive and he worked hard to make sure we were taken care of at a very good price. I highly recommend them.
