Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air

We’ve used Rudd Plumbing for a few years now and they’re great! Ola was very polite and professional - he used shoe covers walking in my house. He identified and issue with my system and repaired it (all under warranty). They provide excellent service and notifications. We will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs!

Called Rudd regarding a possible blockage that rendered my top floor bathrooms inoperative. The lady on the phone was very responsive and kind getting me scheduled. Jeremy showed up right on time and ready to go. After taking a look he provided all my options in an easy to understand manner and left nothing in question. After a few minutes working on the problem he was able to clear the obstruction and got everything flowing again. Jeremy cleaned up and answered all my questions before he left. Very happy with this experience and would highly recommend.

The absolute best company in Charleston! My husband called on Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air during the holidays when our pipes froze and we couldn’t use our tankless water heater. The house was in panic mode since it was the holidays and we had many visitors planned. The plumbing technician was quick to help our family and save the day. Our water heater needing replacing and we were able to get a quick appointment. Adam was very knowledgeable and explained all that was needed and what was going to be done to fix the issue. He was also very personable and appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. We would definitely recommend using RUDD.
