Our service call was excellent. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He replaced the garbage disposal and the faucet fixtures. He was also thorough in checking for any other issues with the plumbing. The work was done in a timely manner. We will definitely call Rudd Plumbing, should we need services in the future.

The guy who came was so nice and he answered all my questions. This was my first yime using this company cause my old company closed and he recommended Rudd. I am glad he did!!!

Cannot say too much great things about Rudd and especially Adam. They turned a major headache for me and made it right. Highly recommend.

Installed 2 comfort high pressure assisted toilets. Jeremy was an excellent, professional, timely, and efficient. I find the supporting staff friendly and informative.

Adam and his apprentice came by after I called them about a water leak behind my washer and dryer. I had already removed the drywall and found the leak. They replaced the “plastic” pipe that had begun to leak. They were finished in under 45 minutes. The leak was repaired. I was very impressed by how professional these two young men were. Adam explained that the type of pipe in my house is no longer in use, because it doesn’t hold up well.
I will definitely call Rudd if I have other problems.

I could not have been more pleased with their service. We had two units replaced and reinstalled in the attic as well as the installation of a tankless hot water heater. They were in our home for two weeks. They were professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. Every person we came in contact with was the very best. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We needed a toilet replaced which is always a difficult situation to be in. The experience of using Rudd was as pleasant as that could be – from the phone call to make an appointment (where all of my basic questions were answered completely and kindly) to the txt letting me know he was on his way to when Adam showed up at the door and took care of business. It was all done quickly, professionally, and correctly.

This was our first time calling Rudd. We have some more plumbing jobs coming up, though, and I’m certain we will be calling them again.
