The crew from Rudd Heating and Cooling in Moncks Corner just got done with our Mitsubishi mini-split install. Dakota and Adrian were VERY knowledgeable and professional, and they did VERY PROFESSIONAL work! Enjoyed talking with them both and seeing their great work and nice workmanship! Most people these days get in and out as fast as possible and they don't care about how it looks when they're finished, but Dakota and Adrian were the complete opposite of that. They were great and definitely made a good name for both themselves and the company. I always follow up and inspect any time a contractor works on my house...this is the very first time that I had no complaints with the work that was done. Next time we need HVAC work, there won't be any question who I am calling! Also have to mention the salesperson, Rob. He was great to work with during the initial visit and during the estimate process. Rob was also very professional and he was knowledgeable about the systems that were available and the pros and cons of each one. The whole process from beginning to end could not have been easier or done any better.

Adam was so kind and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my plumbing under the house. This company is not interested in just collecting your money, they are honorable and want to be sure you, as a home owner, are living safely and with excellent quality utilities. Once I have an issue addressed outside of their scope I will certainly be calling them back for my repairs.

We recently had Rudd out to our house after the extreme cold temperatures to do an assessment and guide us as to what we can do to prevent freezing pipes in the future. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient in guiding us. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or heating services.

Cullen was awesome! He did an in-depth look at our system. He went through multiple ways of troubleshooting our problems and gave us detailed descriptions of what was wrong, and the different ways we could fix it. He took extra time and went the extra mile.

By far the best service from Rudd!!! From Hailey that made our appointment to Travis the tech that came out to fixed the clog that was in our garbage disposal. He was not just on time but EARLY! He had to put some muscle to get the clog out but he succeeded and it only took 20-30mins. He was sweet to my wild 6 year old twins and let them watch as he fixed the disposal. So thankful for Rudd! We’ll never go anywhere else.

Very professional, walked us through the entire install from start to finish. We were informed of any little hiccup and updated consistently. Also the best pricing and were able to work with us on financing, 100% would recommend to anyone needing any hvac work or install!

This morning I discovered my water heater was leaking so I called Rudd. By 6 p.m. I had a new water heater installed! I was so pleased with the job Adam Solomon did. Rudd installed my new HVAC 2 years ago and now my water heater. I highly recommend Rudd for their professionalism and prompt service.

I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! I bought a house then found out it needed all new plumbing, HVAC, and duct work. This whole process could have been very stressful. Not living in the house yet, I had to really rely on the HVAC and plumbing teams to communicate. They were excellent. They provided pictures and videos of the situation and created a strategy of what teams would be working when and where since the plumbing and HVAC guys had to be working in the same area. I received texts every night providing confirmation that they would be in the house the next day. Every morning I received texts including the name(s) of the guys on the way to the house. I received multiple phone calls throughout the process giving me thorough updates. They were professional, efficient, cleaned up after themselves every evening, and the best part they went above and beyond to give me peace of mind throughout the entire process. The customer service was excellent. I want to personally thank Nathan, Shaun, Jeremy, Adam, Gary, Josh, Aaron, Dakota, Morgan, Sidney and anyone I forgot. I appreciate you.

As a new homeowner, navigating things like plumbing can be really intimidating especially as a woman. My toilet needed urgent attention; however, competitors in the area gave me timelines of a week or more out. When I called Rudd at 4pm yesterday afternoon, they booked me an appointment first thing this morning. Adam with Rudd Plumbing was incredibly professional and transparent with pricing and next steps as he patiently translated this new information into something I can digest. He treated me like a person. This entire experience has given me great trust in their services and I will be using Rudd moving forward.

Rudd has impressed me for months now as we got our new home situated—I did not think my experience could be better. They sent Jeremy Lindsay out to help us with finishing a kitchen update, and I was surprised that my expectations and opinion of Rudd was bolstered even more! Jeremy was a total pro. He not only completed the job in a timely manner, he made sure to walk me through options and explain the work that was required in a way that I could understand. He was also very willing to show me other tips and tricks that were much appreciated as a new home owner. In sum, Jeremy was amazing and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.
