James was excellent! He kept me informed and because I work from home made sure to take care of everything without disturbing my day. Would recommend! 10 out of 10!

Mr. James is wonderful and very professional! We have used him through our home warranty company many times. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He does his best to get your HVAC up and running as quickly as possible. He has been to our house to help us 4 or 5 times over the last 4 years (Our unit is old). I had an issue back in Oct./Nov. 2019 and he came out and fixed my heat and explained how important carbon monoxide detectors were and why I needed them. Needless to say I went to Home Depot that night and got some. On Thanksgiving day, I had to turn my heat back on and it had gone out again. I put a service request in through my home warranty company and maybe 10 minutes later he was calling me. He came to my house on Thanksgiving day to fix my heater! Recently we had an issue with the AC and once again, put another service request in. Not only did he come out during this social distancing period we are in due to this pandemic we are currently in, but he came to my house on Easter Sunday to fix our AC and get us back up and running! We will continue to use Changing Winds Heating and Air! Such a wonderful company! Best experience we have ever had with an HVAC company! I would highly recommend! You will certainly get quality work!

Service was exceptional. He didn't hesitate to get to the root of the problem and take care of it. I will definitly refer the company to family and friends. If you ever have a problem with your aC Unit, I suggest you call and change it to Changing Winds Heating & A/C.

Mr James came to our home through our warranty company AHS. He was prompt courteous and very knowledgeable about his trade. He is very honest and didn’t try to oversell us anything. Quite frankly we don’t understand these other unfair negative reviews! Would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of skilled professional hvac services!

Our home warranty American Home Shield set us up with this company. At first I was a little concerned based on some of the other reviews. However I had an overall good experience with them. I filed the claim with AHS on Saturday morning and they called me Saturday afternoon to ask about my availabilities. They didn’t make it out until Monday afternoon to look at my AC and in about two minutes James discovered that my discharge valve had a leak and all my refrigerant had leaked out. He fixed it on the spot and recharged the system with 4 lbs of Freon with AHS warranty does not cover except $10. So I paid $280 for 4lbs of Freon. System is working good and the work took about 30 minutes to complete. James was very nice and friendly. No issues with this company.

Very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient serviceman! Diagnosed our AC problem and fixed it fairly rapidly. Spent a good 10-15 minutes explaining how the system works as well. Highly recommend.

The work was done 2 or 3 weeks ago and it has held up very well no problems, our landlord reached out and the owner made time to come help us out quickly. He was very efficient and did a great job, thanks again from us on Sea Aire.

James is always quick to get to our house when we have a problem with our HVAC. He has even come out on weekends! He is very thorough and the information he provides and is great with resolving the problem.
