James came out not only on a Sunday but on Father's Day. He worked me in, diagnosed the issue and has it repaired in about an hour.

James was very rude. A had a claim through American Home Shield. James canceled the claim, never told me that it was canceled, and when I called, he was rude about it. Don’t use

If I could give a Zero star for this company I would. The owner tried to charge me in cash only sayin that he don’t accept checks from out of state as if we still lived in the 90s where checks don’t cash instantly. When I called him back to complain that my unit is not coming on he said i need to have over $500 in cash to add the gas. Then told me to never call him back if I don’t have the cash. Turns out he intentionally disconnected my unit so i would call him back. This business is a scam and don’t know why American Home Shield have him listed as a contractor. Please, if you get this company as a contractor please do not use them cause he is a fraud.

American Home Shield hooked us up with this company and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The tech James called me to let me know that he would be arriving sometime that day but wasn't sure what time (no problem) when I asked if he could give me 30 minutes notice so I could try to have someone there he became very agitated and told me he had lots of calls and tried to hang up on me. After calming him down (my AC was broke so I was desperate or I would have had a much different response) he then looked for ways not to come it seemed - like I would have to pay him in cash for any refrigerant needed or a check written out to him (hmmmm). Then said if the system wasn't turned off he wouldn't come either. I assured him I could pay cash and that the system was off and he came about an hour later. When he arrived he said he couldn't find anything wrong with the system and asked my wife if "she was the wife" and then "well I guess I can try to talk to you the way I would your husband but I doubt you will understand". He continued his rude and sexist comments which needless to say didn't work out well for him as he was promptly asked to leave and "find something else to do with his life". My wife described him as giving off a dangerous vibe and considered calling the police. The doorbell even rang 10 minutes after he left and she was too afraid to answer it. HORRIBLE and potentially DANGEROUS place to do business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or do so at your own risk.

My warranty company connected me with Changing Winds. They asked me to also reach out to them to speak to someone in order to assist me better. I did. The lack of customer service is beyond shocking!!! He looked up the file, and told me I am on the list, and that he didn't have time to speak with me about this. Needless to say, I am calling the warranty company and asking them to cancel this provider as I DO NOT want them to gain my business.

If you are reading this & American home shield assigned this company CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!!Do not use this company! American home shield assigned this company and they refused to come assess the problem. Then they called American home shield telling them that I didn't need the work done. Very very dishonest company. Very disrespectful, he will refuse to look at the issue, then lie and contact warranty company to tell them the customer said everything is fine. I wouldn't use this company if you paid me to.

I was assigned to the company by American Home Shield. James is extremely rude and unprofessional. He missed both scheduled appointments with us. I would not recommend Changing Winds or American Home Shield to anyone.

Like my son said he came out didn’t even look at the unit contracted for American home shield American home shield has been avoiding replacing our unit for as long as we’ve been in this home and he didn’t help the situation he didn’t want to get involved. He didn’t want to deal with it.

Changing Winds has serviced our AC for many years. They have always been reliable and fair. I would recommend them to my friends and family!
