Changing Winds Heating And A/C

James was our A/C tech. He was punctual and professional and listened to what I had to say. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I would certainly recommend him and Changing Winds Heating and A/C and will be using them for all my A/C needs.

James owns Changing Winds and has been out to my house the last two days repairing my HVAC system. He is a generous PRO dedicated to solving the problem and serving the customer. James came to fix our AC and charged over $500 to add freon. Less than 40 days after he originally fixed it our AC went out again. We called James to let him know and he simply said he couldn’t do anything because it was outside of the 30 days (barely). He didn’t even offer to come look at it or offer any help whatsoever. Very unprofessional business.

Mr. James was professional, polite and honest. He renewed the Condensing fan and held Training with my Tenant. HVAC companies are extremely dishonest and want to renew the entire unit. Mr. James repaired exactly what was inoperative. Hire him, He is a one man Owner Operator that will save you $$$.

American Home Shield contracted Changing Winds for our AC repair and we were pleased with the experience. The company called as soon as I got off the phone entering the service request to tell me they could work us in the following day. James called the next morning as promised to say he would arrive within the hour. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, replaced a motor and repaired a minor leak and we were cooling down within an hour of his arrival. The service was quick and professional and James was very kind to my husband and me.

I cannot say enough about James S. at Changing Winds Heating and A/C. In my many decades of dealings with contractors where their job is my job, James is an ace! The air conditioner broke down in here on a Friday, and James contacted me pronto, asking if okay to come that night whilst giving weekend options. He kept me abreast of the day, worked outside in the dark, and had A/C working THAT NIGHT after replacing a part. There was little involvement from me, and James was respectful of property all around. Woohoo, as the A/C has been working ever since. God bless James!! I don’t know how he did it, even just factoring in the probable part and supply issues.
