Our upstairs unit wasn't working. I contacted the company and they had someone out that day. Brian was a great technician who explained the issue, repaired it and told us what to keep an eye on. He also explained to us the warranty information to see if we still qualified for our unit to be covered. Brian even took the time to answer some of my random questions!! Great and trustworthy company!!

On February 2014 we used Mills brothers to install a brand new $6000 air conditioner in our home in which we paid cash for. Since then we’ve had to call them out to our house a few times for repairs but we didn’t mind because we had warranty but his time was different because the warranty job he quoted us was going to be $225. We had to beg and constantly keep calling him to get that price after which he was at our house and told us he was going to get a part and would be back and never returned. My husband and I called and finally Brian texted and said he would be by tomorrow and told us price. We were shocked and asked him when he planned on telling us the price and he then told my husband “I’ll pass on the job you can get someone else it’s covered by warranty”. Had we of known his customers weren’t that important to him than we would of used another company to begin with. Thank you Turner Heating and Air for taking good care of us at 1/3 of the price 😉 Brian treated me like gold when I was writing that $6000 check but it’s like pulling nails to get work done(and I’ve needed lots of it in 3 years) after installation, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!

It was cold in my house last night thanks to Mills Brothers Heating and Air! He is very knowledgeable, efficient and didn’t leave until the job was done right! He cares about his work and it shows. When it’s hot in your house and in this case a hurricane on the way- he is the man you want!

I would recommend Mills Brothers to anyone needing Quick Reliable service. Will use again if needed.

Helped with dryer vent installation , but have used before for Hvac system repair and replace.

I would never use anyone else!
