Tim and Steve (and crew) were incredibly thorough, prompt with responses and installation, and accurate with quotes and final balance. Family owned and operated with customer service that made the process of replacing our hvac unit stress free. Would recommend them over and over!

Alex and associate installed an Amana PTAC AC/Heat pump. They were very professional, thorough. Put down drop cloths and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing.

Just finished a three day install with Climate Right - found them on NextDoor and it appeared that one of the owners (Steve) lives in my neighborhood, but I had never met him. What an awesome experience. We lost our heat on a Monday morning at 9:00 am and Kyle was at our place by 11:30 am. He quickly identified that we had a 20 year old furance with a fried control board and shorted motor. Tim (owner) came out to discuss all of my options including repair or replacement. Tim gave me straight recommendations and answered all my questions, absolutely no pressure or gimmicks. We decided to completely replace the furnace, A/C, the downstairs duct work, and the zoning system. They started 8am Tuesday morning and just wrapped up on Thursday at 2:30 pm. I know they worked extra hard to get us heat as soon as possible and to accomodate us on a very immediate basis. Throughout the process when issues arose, Tim notified me immediately and gave me options and transparency. We had some electrical that wasn't up to code and Tim recommended an electrician that came out and did a great job at a fair price. I cannot explain what a great experience this was including every interaction my family and I had with every employee. My wife's exact words: "these are the nicest people we've ever have work on our home." So glad I found Climate Right and HIGHLY recommend them to any reasonable person.

After several years of not having a working central heating/air system, I finally decided to have mine replaced. Tim, Steve, et al. were fantastic to deal with- from their front end scheduling to the install itself. This company provided clear communication of pricing, expectations, and procedures excellently by meeting me where I was with my knowledge of their services (not very knowledgable at all). At the end of service they: left my space arguably neater than they found it; made sure I understood the new equipment and how to take care of it; made sure both the heating and air conditioning functioned properly; ensured I was satisfied with my service before they left my property.

Called in to inquire about service to troubleshoot a couple issues with my HVAC system. Notes taken and appointment made for a week later. Received a text shortly after asking if I would like to move up the appointment to day of. Tech was on site day of, on time, and spent a couple hours thoroughly troubleshooting my system to make sure all existing issues were addressed. Great price for day of service and expecting a quote for the service required. Very, very satisfied after calling another highly rated local company multiple times and not receiving a call back.

They came right out here immediately and worked out my problem. Very responsive and professional. They gave me a personal feeling that they cared. What do you usually recommend them to others.

I called them Sunday evening and they were out Monday morning. Great service. Very professional. I got clear texts letting me know when the service was scheduled for and when the tech would arrive. They did not overcharge for items I did not need and did you push for extra services. I would definitely use them in the future.

Heat went out on Christmas Eve and it was 6 degrees. Every place I called was either not working or so busy they couldn’t come for 3 or 4 days. Timothy at climate right knew I had family with small kids in for the holidays and actually FaceTimed me to see if there was anything I could do on my own. Unfortunately that didn’t work. Climate Right called to check on us to see if we still needed help. They put us on the schedule and came out to help us as soon as they could. They not only fixed the system but found a gas leak and fixed that also. We recommend this company for anyone looking for quality and professional service.
