Trust is everything. The whole reason you hire a contractor is because you can't do the work yourself. You don't know what you don't know. Tim was referred to me by my pastor and instantly validated his reputation by recommending to wait on a high ticket item. I asked if he would check on my gas fireplace while he was here.

He found that the last contractor failed to reconnect the gas supply line after installing a hot water heater.

He checked the gas lines in the crawl space, attic, and garage and found 6 leaks! I called CPW to come out and validate. Sure enough. They are required to shut off the gas until repairs are complete. He convinced them that he could knock out the repairs while they were on site. Tim crushed it! CPW turned the gas back on and our family has heat tonight!!!
