I have nothing but positive things to say about Climate Right LLC! I contacted them about quotes for a new AC and heating system and they were very quick to get me a quote. The quote was very reasonable for the work they did! When I was ready to schedule they had me scheduled the next week. They were professional, friendly, timely, and made sure I saw everything they did before they left. I look forward to using them for all my future needs. Climate Right does a great job in a number of ways:
1) We called them the first time during the winter. Our heat was out and they got it back running asap. Other companies did not prioritize us in this emergency even though we told them we had two infants in the home.
2) Later we hired them to redo all the ducting. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and experienced and was generous with his time in consulting with me. We were able to find the best products/solution for our old home restoration.
3) The crew who came out included the original tech and several other very experienced guys. They had clear technical understanding. They all had a good attitude while they worked. Several guys were veterans. There was no smoking or foul language from the crew- everyone was clean cut.
4) The results of there work were transformative in our home. Even heat and air, quiet, well filtered.
5) The price was very reasonable.

I work as a site superintendent for a residential renovation company and we have used Climate Right before, so I have experience with the company which is why I reached out to them for my own house.

A tech that I hadn’t met before, Kyle, took care of diagnosing my issue and correcting it so I now have a functional HVAC system again. In addition to fixing the problem, Kyle was personable, professional, and helped me understand what was wrong with my system and understand more about HVAC in general.

Very happy with the work done by Climate Right. Our upstairs was not cooling well and our downstairs did not cool/heat evenly in all rooms. The first contractor we called in jumped straight to replacing the whole system. Tim at Climate Right did a deep dive investigation and realized our duct system was not ideally installed. He made modifications to push more air flow up stairs, and added a new zone to help us even out the down stairs. Very happy with their good quality and honesty. Highly recommend!

The technician was very thorough and he took the time to really figure out what our air flow issues were. Instead of just recommending a new unit. Turns out the fix was pretty easy. He also took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me.

They did an excellent job with the gas line install. They are very professional and have quality workmanship.

We needed to replace the dehumidifier in our cellar. I called Climate Right. They arrived the next morning (right on time), examined the space, gave me an estimate (which was well below another quote), went and picked up the new unit and installed it that same day! Very professional, honest and efficient! Will be moving all my HVAC care/maintenance/replacement to Climate Right!
