I’ve been using AC Medic for years now - very satisfied with their service.

After a pretty horrendous experience with one company--and not much better with a second--AC Medic was my "second-second opinion". Eric listened to my situation and offered real, honest advice. He came out on a Saturday and gave me his recommendations--replace the unit. I wasn't ecstatic at the idea of that with a house that's only 4yrs old, but he explained why that was the most financially-sound decision, and I knew I wasn't being taken for a ride. Eric worked over the weekend to arrange everything and make sure that my home could be taken care of after a WEEK of no air conditioning. His installers arrived early Monday morning and had my old unit out and new one in and running in <2hrs! Amazing. Then after they had finished, Eric showed up and did a double check of EVERYTHING they had done with them. What a pleasant surprise! He also provided the warranty information for easy registration. When they left, you couldn't even tell anyone had been there--they were quick, neat, and GOOD at what they do. What an efficient, straightforward owner and company. I would recommend them to ANYONE over those nationwide, bigger companies! The reviews speak for themselves--what other company gets FIVE stars from EVERY customer who leaves a review? Got two quotes on two different systems on Friday and was out to install on Tuesday. Eric and the technician that came to install were excellent. Highly recommend.

We came back from vacation to find our A/C not working. It was late in the afternoon, and I found AC Medic via Google (we're fairly new to the area, and didn't know anyone), so I gave them a call. Eric was happy to come take a look even though it was the end of the day, and he spent a considerable amount of time trouble-shooting, and explaining what he was checking along the way. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair. Eric gave me several options and recommendations on what he felt would be the best course of action. His techs came out within 2 days to replace our unit with a much more efficient one. I wouldn't say I'm "happy" we had to replace our unit, but under the circumstances, things worked out very well. Eric was extremely professional and trustworthy, and gave us an honest assessment without trying to strong-arm us into anything. I have had bad experiences with contractors on numerous occasions in the past, so I'm general pretty skeptical and leery, but Eric really put my mind at easy. I will be calling him from now on for our HVAC maintenance. I would highly recommend you give him a call. Thanks Eric and Team for great service!

New install of heat pump and air handler - install went very well - very professional install.
HVAC Medic provides great service at fair prices - highly recommended.

Eric came out and did a quote for me on a new heat pump after my old one died. The price was similar to 3 other quotes that I had gotten, but this was a higher efficiency unit, a Trane, and the price also included installation of a second return grille to get my house heating/cooling more efficiently.

Overall great price and knowledgeable and friendly installers. I would definitely call Eric and his team back for future heating and cooling needs.

Update: ~2 years after install, we blew a capacitor on July 3rd (holiday weekend) due to extreme heat and overrunning the unit. Eric came out 2 hours after the call and replaced the part which was covered by the warranty. Amazing service!
