Glad I chose Perferred Choice when I replaced my old HVAC system. They are always prompt and very courteous. When maintenance is due the office always calls to let me know they're on the way. Great company to do business with!!

Travis was our salesperson. He knew all about the system we needed and everything he told me would happen was done as planned on time. My business has been so cool and comfortable with our new AC.

Every spring and fall I receive reminder cards in the mail for my annual service. Making the service appointment is easy and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been using them for over 5 years and I’m always satisfied.

Read reviews and they were good so I decided to have them come look at my system. A gentleman came out and looked at my system and told me I had a bad damper. I paid the $75 charge for a call and got a quote from them to replace the damper. When the second gentleman came out (different guy) he told me the damper wasn’t broken, the wing nuts were just loose. They still charged me $60 for a “miscellaneous” repair. So I paid $135 for them to tighten a wing nut.

Only reason I gave 2 stars was because their employees were so nice.

Won’t be getting them to install my second system when I get one this summer.

I got three estimates to replace my worn-out HVAC system. I'm so happy I chose Preferred Choice Heating and Air, Inc. for the job.Bradley gave us a fair estimate for the work and addressed all our issues. JR and Brent came at the scheduled time and completed the job quickly and efficiently (less than three days). They cleaned up after the installation and we are very satisfied with our new HVAC system. They have followed up to make sure we are pleased with their work and that the system is operating perfectly. We will continue to call Preferred Choice for our HVAC maintenance and you should too.

After getting quotes from six different HVAC contractors, we realized we had a complicated HVAC problem. Our condo has a very small space above the ceiling for the air handler, and everyone had a different opinion about how to fix our system (our HVAC wasn't keeping up in the summer months). To give you an idea: some contractors wanted to rip out our ceiling and remove all the bathroom plumbing before they would even begin installation.

We ended up choosing Preferred Choice because Bradley went out of his way to research all of our options, answered questions promptly every time we asked and explained his reasoning very thoroughly. Unlike some of the other contractors we tried, Bradley clearly knew what he was talking about. In fact, one of the contractors who quoted our job swore that we had a 2.5-ton unit already, until we called the manufacturer to confirm what we already knew—it was a 1.5-ton unit.

Bradley didn't upsell us on a system that wouldn't have benefitted us, and he listened to what we wanted and what we didn't want (no mini split on the wall, etc.). In the end, Bradley gave us a quote for the same Trane unit that was going to cost about $2,000 more if we had used that contractor.

When it came to installation day, Bradley was early and handled everything, including blocking off parking spaces for the crane we needed to lift the HVAC unit to the roof. Inside, Brent and Josh did a phenomenal job of making sure that they didn't damage *anything.* That bathroom has wallpaper, and it looks as good as the day they arrived. They installed a new vent, a new return and a new air handler/fan coil, and they cleaned up perfectly. They used protective shoe covers in the house, laid down floor covers, and worked quietly and efficiently.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Preferred Choice. When we have to replace our other HVAC unit, they'll be our first call.

Outstanding top notch service and very professional. I had over a handful of HVAC guys come out and Tom was the only one respectful enough to not wear shoes on my carpet at all times. Gave me a detailed quote, and even went above and beyond to fix a few issues that needed to be done. I have always been a DIY person and reluctant to have someone do work in my house. I chose Tom even over a friend that does HVAC. Quality work that is priced right. His crew is just as professional and answered all questions. I will have them do my other unit next year and continued service checks.

Honest and competent. I have 35 years running an old apartment house and have dealt with countless contractors over this period. Without a doubt, Moss was among the best. Don't get taken advantage of - call Moss!
