Preferred Choice Heating and Air

We recently decided to replace one of our our combo heating/AC units. Preferred Choice was responsive and knowledgeable when providing a quote and gave us several options to consider. They provided a lower price on a brand name system than another company who quoted for us. Installation was an easy process and everyone was super nice - from the office personnel to the installation tech. And we have a super fancy new thermostat to boot! Would recommend.

The sales person was thorough, knowledgeable and honest (something I cannot say about all of the five other companies who provided a quote). Preferred Choice's office personnel were polite and kept me informed of schedules and required paperwork. They provided a competitive quote on a top-quality system and their technicians worked diligently to get it installed and to tweak the system to the point that it met standards. This required followup work that they accomplished without being asked to do so. The system is functioning as promised and my house is more comfortable than with the old failed system. I recommend them highly.

Travis Redden knew the issues, and proposed a total solution that included a redesign of the duct work to optimize the balance of the temperature in the house. His proposal was thorough and cost effective. Our satisfaction was their focus: the team was on time, courteous and professional, keeping the work environment clean. They continue to follow up and make changes to the system based on our feedback. They have gone above and beyond - extra hours and constant communication. We highly recommend them!

I just bought a new home to find out that the entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. Preferred Choice was absolutely amazing! Since this is the first time I've ever went through something like this Travis did a great job of taking the time to explain everything to me and show me all of my options.. they were on time for every appointment and Megan at the front desk even gave me a courtesy call when they were on the way for all of the appointments as well. We had a great experience with Preferred Choice. Our upstairs AC was about 30 years old when it went out, so we decided to replace it and the furnace. Preferred Choice sent Travis out to our house within a few days. He was very patient, courteous, and helpful. He spent a great deal of time discussing our options and helping us pick out the best unit for our home. We had 4 other local companies to come out to the house but Preferred Choice quoted the lowest price - in some cases by thousands!! The installation went smoothly and we are thrilled to have such a quiet and efficient Trane unit! All in all we had a wonderful experience (especially considering the unfortunate circumstances) and would highly recommend Preferred Choice.

Bought an older home in Greer 10 months ago and figured it was about time to figure out the status of my HVAC. First, the office was helpful and friendly and quoted me what I felt was a fair price. Marty arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and helpful and neat. He checked over everything and gave me a clean bill of health. He noted that the filters had a bit of life left in them and didn't try to up-sell me new $50 filters. I will definitely use Preferred Choice again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors. (My neighbor is doing a new install and recommended them to me.)

Reasonable and reliable and they respond quickly when you need service and their technicians are top notch! They do not try to oversell you on products or service, but want what is best for their clients. As a Realtor and a restaurant owner, I have used them and referred them on many occasions.
