Tyler B. showed up on time and was VERY informative and professional with a extremely fair price. I also worked with Brittany to schedule and she was friendly and very professional as well. I wish there were more stars to give. I will most definitely be calling them again.

The absolute best service, professionalism and honesty. (Avi) I have a home warranty on my home and of course filed a claim through them. I won’t mention the company but will say they gave me a $1600 quote so I decided to get a second opinion. Avi was kind enough to take the time to show me pictures of what he found and explain everything in detail. He did find a leak in the evaporator coil and said it needed to be replaced however none of the $1600 modifications that were given from the prior diagnosis were needed. If you need HVAC service, Preferred Choice Heating and Air should be your only choice!

For several years Preferred Choice Heating and Air kept my old system operating until it was finally time for a new one. They provided the financing and installed an awesome unit and now my monthly bills are half what they used to be because of the new Trane unit.

The technicians always professional, clean and knowledgeable. It’s tough to imagine that they could improve with a merger and creation of Preferred Choice but they did. Tyler is a very friendly & professional technician who serviced both my & my mother's homes on the same day & opted to complete both jobs before he even thought about taking his lunch break. He fixed an issue quickly but was very patient to explain to us what it entailed. He made sure both the heating & cooling systems worked properly as well. He also needed to use our waterhose as an extender to reach around to the unit (it was laying in disarray on the floor). After the job was completed, he took the time to wrap the hose back into a neatly coiled bundle where it was safely out of the way. Technician quickly discovered problem that earlier company had overlooked or ignored six months earlier. The recommended response was a leak stopping and dyed refrigerant, along with topping up the Freon. The technician would return in two weeks and complete any needed repairs after locating leaks that would be stained with the dye. They called a couple of days in advance of the two weeks to set an appointment. The technician arrived on time and inspected the system. As it happened, the stop leak was sufficient and no further repairs were needed. There was no charge for the second visit.

That was the perfect outcome. The work and materials were appropriately offered and realistically priced. The system immediately started working better than it had for the last few years. No unneeded expenses were suggested.

There is a different company with an almost identical name, but THIS is the right one. Just remember that you have a CHOICE.

They just serviced my 90 year old father’s unit and explained everything they did. Very pleased with their service.

Imagine this. Get a call from your wife at 3PM that the air is out upstairs on 100* day and your kids sleep upstairs. Nobody could get to us same day but Preferred did. One of their technicians came after hours, on his daughters birthday of all days, and wanted to help so our kids didn’t have to sleep in the heat. Fixed the issue quickly and was super helpful.
