Preferred Choice Heating and Air

We have used Preferred Choice Heating and Air on multiple occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff are quick to respond and communicate frequently to make sure the customer is aware of timing, price, and to see if there are any questions or concerns. Both of our technicians were professional and informative. We will be using Preferred Choice exclusively for any heating/air issues and have already begun to recommend this company to others.

Hiring Preferred is the right choice. From your initial contact with scheduling, to sales, maintenance and install they are professionals all the way. They replaced our upstairs hvac, provided portable AC units to keep us comfortable until the install could be completed. We had 5 other quotes for this work, but Preferred was the only one willing to listen and ask the right questions. I can’t say enough about the good work Travis did for us. When it comes time to replace our downstairs unit I won’t call anyone else and until then all maintenance goes through Preferred. Would give 5+ stars! Keep up the good work.

I have used Preferred three times and I just signed up for their yearly maintenance BECAUSE all 3 of the technicians were so polite and knowledgeable. Eric was my technician this past time and he is so personal, professional and knowledgeable. I am asking for him everytime! The staff in the the office is very positive on the phone and they call in advance to let you know if the schedule changes slightly.

Each time he is here, when he sees something that needs attention, he lets us know about it and takes appropriate action. I LOVE Eric also. He is the nicest man, as well as very knowledgeable. The product and mechanics of the system worked great and the service was excellent. I appreciated that they did the job as expected, took care of minor unforeseen issues, and were very careful not to hurt our home. The sales manager and technicians were very proficient with their business.
