First company and first time that I've ever received a service reminder not only the day before but also on the day of the appointment. Not only did they send a reminder the day of the appointment, they sent a bio of the technician that would be doing the service and confirming the address.

In addition, anyone who answers the phone in the office is extremely efficient and helpful. I didn't even have to request my maintenance report after the service. They automatically sent it via email as I requested.

Finally, the technician was so patient with me. After initially declining a repair, I changed my mind and they came back the same day. I will definitely use this company again. Very pleased.

We are fairly new to General Air. We love them so far. Manny Lopez is articulate and very thorough.

Just at the quote phase so far but the whole process has been handled very professionally. I plan to use them on my project.
