Adam the technician called and ID himself prior the appointment and arrived ahead of time. He was very profesional and knowledgeable, my AC unit was up diagnosed and fixed quickly, and running perfectly in 20 minutes. The fees are very reasonable, and their anual service as well. I strongly recomend this company.

Jacob Fain and Josh Odom were punctual, got working straight away to remove old unit and putting new one in place. There was great communication between us and them, and when the new unit was in place, they checked everything to make sure it was running as it should. They tidy up the work area before they left. This was done before the cold temperatures arrived. Also like to thank Matt.

Both Mike and Jamie provided amazing communication and troubleshooting. Fully expected to have to replace my aging AC but they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Will be using General Air for all future repairs and eventual replacement!

General Air Conditioning just replaced my HVAC system and the entire experience working with them was fantastic. Great communication, quality work, timely service. We actually had two companies give us quotes for replacing the system and General AC's quote was HALF what the other company was charging. Vitaliy, Mike, and Brandon did the installation and they were very professional and efficient. They got the work done in a few hours and left the house cleaner than they found it. I will be using General Air Conditioning in the future for all of my HVAC needs and recommending them to friends and family.

Very responsive, even on holidays. Any time I’ve needed service or had a question, someone answers the phone, and this company is very customer focused. My HVAC system had a problem on Christmas Eve day in the middle of a super cold weather event, and the technician had my heating system working that day. On time and courteous technicians.

Manny the technician came out promptly and on time. Very professional and did great work. I recommend this business and this technician.

Others were days out or charge extra for expedited service but they had someone to the house and had the air working in two hours and repair was very reasonable. Tech was very friendly and provided.

Aaron and Evan were very knowledgeable and immediately recognized why my HVAC stopped working. I learned a lot about my system from them. I would definitely ask for them again in the future if needed.

Very happy with General Air Conditioning. I have used them several times and had different service men and have been happy with all that came to my home.
