Always professional and service techs are trained to look for issues first before just installing something new. Adam was the latest tech and he was good at eye balling the cause of the issue right off the bat. Hopefully he gets compensated well, as good employees are hard to come by these days.

Ron Cefarelli was the technician from General Air Conditioning who performed the maintenance check on my HVAC system. Not only was he on time but also called to ask if he could come a little early. As always he was both pleasant and polite. He is unfailingly patient in answering my questions and thorough in completing the check. I feel confidant that he is highly skilled in his profession and that the maintenance of my unit was in good hands.

They are our “go to” for all things HVAC. They troubleshoot our paint. booth heating and ventilation system as well as provide routine maintenance for all heating and cooling systems. They ate very responsive to any emergency calls.

came on time and tried to fix the problem. However after paying almost $500, the issue is not fixed. Now they recommend a new unit.
I just wish they told me that from the beginning.
