Mike has what all your techs have and then some. Tightened up a loose heat exchanger fastenter and therefore made for a good seal. Mike checked it all out, fast and final.

General Air has done the maintenance on my HVAC system for many years and I have always been pleased. I needed a new system and Matt did a great job advising me on which units to select for my home. Excellent overall experience with The General AC company! Good pricing and easy to work with. Their computer system makes the buying system a breeze and allows for easy Communication via text and email for arrival and appointment times. Our technicians Vitaly And Josh were very kind and respectful of our home making sure to put down rugs on our floors and also communicated the breakdown of what the process was for each of their 3 days of working on our systems. We are still working on getting our new wifi thermostat to connect to our phones but for now we have 4 new units(2 AC, 2 heat) that are working perfectly!

Matt Herman came by to give me a quote on a new A/C and furnace. I asked for a Trane, since it is highly recommended out of the top 3 systems. I think they push the York brand but I was adamant about the Trane. Matt did an awesome job and was not pushy. The company who came the same morning for a quote on a Lennox stayed at my house for 3 hours and went overkill with details. I was exhausted when he left and his quote was way overpriced. Matt came in at the middle price wise and offered 18 months interest free financing which was perfect for me. I have read other reviews and feel good about the install job next Thursday. So far it has been a great experience and hopefully will be after the installation.
