Easy Air & Heat Greenville

Jesse from Easy Air & Heat came out to service my HVAC system yesterday. He let me know when he was on his way, on time, and very professional.
He went above and beyond helping to fix a hallway light in the ceiling that had become dislodged.
I highly recommend EASY Air & Heat. Their professionalism and customer service is the best in the upstate.

Thank you so much Kyle and Ron and their team for the quick and efficient heating and air system upgrade I just had done in my home. You guys were prompt and upfront about everything that needed to be done. I appreciated Kyle and his professionalism and no pressure style when talking to us about what system would be best for us. The installation of the system ran really smoothly also the team that came out to work on it was very efficient and did a great job at removing the old unit and the concrete slab it was on and left my yard neat and cleaned up nicely from the work they were doing. Ron came by to do the finishing touches on the new system and then Kyle came back by to make sure we understood how to use the system and to fill us in on any other information we needed. All in all it was an easy and hassle free experience. Their customer service is top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike was very polite and professional. He completed a thorough maintenance and check of our HVAC System, plus shared some inefficiencies that our system has. We look to do business in the future in enhancing some items. Definitely recommending the company to colleagues/friends!!

Our technician Kyle was on time, knowledgeable and very professional! He did a great job explaining everything from the work to the pricing in order for us to understand everything. Great service!

We had issue with our system, so I called for an appointment. It wasn’t an emergency, so we could wait if they couldn’t get out for a few days. They said that they could have someone out in the morning. I thought that was pretty quick. About 30 minutes later Kyle called and said he could be here in about an hour. Kyle was very professional, and great at letting us know how it was going along the way. We have always had A+ service from this company, and we will definitely ask Kyle to come back.

WOW...is all I can say. I had several estimates to have our home quoted to have a whole new duct system installed .. A very large job....Some of the other larger companies in the area took several days to get back to me with a quote and when they did there was quite a lack of confidence. I really felt like they were trying to sell sell sell and not really care what type of service they were giving me. Someone highly recommended Easy Air & Heat. I figured I would give it a shot and I eventually met Rob Harris. He came out, walked through the basement was extremely confident, told me everything that they would do right off the top of his head. It was like he envisioned it already, zero doubt in his voice and he laid the whole thing out to me and made it almost sound easy. Not only did I receive my quote the next morning, it was actually the best quote as far as the price that I received from all four of the other contractors. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, I wanted the most experienced company that knew what they were getting into as this was a large project. I knew I was going to use Easy Air & Heat as soon as I met Rob, he was super easy to talk to, explained things to me in a way that I understood and within a couple of days I signed the contract and begin the process. The job was completed today, the work was impeccable, the technicians literally spent three days in my home, they did everything they promised to do and went above and beyond... Rob the project manager was excellent with communications and picked up the phone every time I called to make sure everything was coordinating properly. The technicians that were on the job all week, Steven and Desmond were absolutely awesome work-wise and easily approachable. I will HIGHLY recommend Easy Air & Heat to everyone. I’m always the person that everyone calls asking if I have a plumber, a painter, someone that does windows, etc., Easy Air & Heat is definitely on the top of my list. I’m picky with how my things and my projects get handled and there’s not one thing that I can say that Easy should have done differently. I’m super pleased with the outcome of my project. Thank you Steven, Desmond and of course Rob. You all made the whole thing so easy.

We recently had our hvac systems serviced by Easy Air and Heat. We have never had such fantastic service!! Kyle was easy to work with and the team he brought in to replace our over 30 year unit were fabulous! They did not leave until the job was completely done..,after 8 at night! This company is the real deal and very responsive to what you need! We are very satisfied with them!
