Kyle Logan came to our house to perform my HVAC inspection. This is my 7th biannual visit having Kyle each time perform his very professional and knowledgeable inspection. He has always made us feel good since the first time he came here; just the way he talked to us; just darn friendly. I witnessed Kyle as he performed his inspection meticulouslyy explaining everything as he went along. He has the perfect disposition for the job. He always respects the interior of our home by wearing shoe covers before entering. He left us with the feeling that his priority was to keeping us safe and our HVAC system efficient; very comforting and fairly priced.

I had my bi-yearly inspection for my central air from Easy Air today. The technician was Kyle Logan. Pure professional, trustworthy, truthful and friendly; these items make a great recipe for a sucessful service calls.

My technician was very prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed my issue and offered 3 options for either a repair or replacement unit. I went with the repair option. Air is working great now. My only issue with this company was the price. 1386 dollars to replace a blower motor. After calling a couple smaller companies and inquiring how much they would have charged for the same repair and finding out that i could have had this fixed for as little as 450 dollars. I did feel a bit burned.

Rob ( the technician) got to my place 40 min after my call, it should be mentioned it was Labor Day) he was straight to the point, and fix it in 45 minutes, he knew what he was doing. Besides the professionalism. He was extremely polite and gentle! I would recommend EASY to everybody!! Thank you!!!

Definitely enjoyed having Easy work at my home. I was very impressed by our technician taking his time and fixing all problems before leaving. He even took the time to clean the drive way after another construction crew left it dirty. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Kyle came out to the house and did a professional, thorough job evaluating our current system and needs. Using pictures he took during his inspection, I was able to see for myself the issues. He courteously and patiently explained the problems, solutions, and cost involved. He completed the work in a timely manner and was a blessing.

Excellent service! The serviceman who came to our home was a gentleman, very professional, and he truly cared about getting our heat working again. After diagnosing the problem and going to get a replacement part, he returned to realize they gave him the wrong part. It was a Friday late afternoon, and the warehouse had already closed. This kind gentleman said he was not scheduled to work Saturday morning, but he willingly went to the warehouse the next morning, exchanged for the right part, and arrived at our home at 8:45 am to complete the job for us. Heat is working perfectly, now. Fantastic service! I would highly recommend them.

This company was very affordable, prompt and professional! Could not speak more highly of them! Highly recommend them to everyone in the Upstate! Our technician, Kyle, was awesome!! Very professional, courteous and just a nice guy.

I normally don't write reviews but I hope this helps others! This has been the best customer service experience of any HVAC company I have ever had and trust me I have tried several! I had a horrible experience with another company and called Easy Air and Heat and they came after business hours and resolved my problem in 45 minutes. Eric explained the problem and even informed me that my AC unit was still under warranty and he would secure the parts for me. That meant I didn't even have to call the warranty company and Eric did all the work relating to my warranty. I highly recommend this company and I'll never use anyone else.

I don't normally write reviews, but Easy Air has always been very professional and reliable. We will recommend them to anyone who has heating or air problems. They are always friendly and I don't feel like they hurry in and hurry out. They take their time and make sure the job is done correctly.

What a pleasant and professional experience this was. On time and went way out of their way to make sure we were happy with the installation. Its hard to find people like Chris and what an amazing ambassador to easy air and heat he is. He answered every question and concern that we had and they fixed each and every problem. It was the attention to detail that can't be measured that they do.
