Victor Ramirez was very professional, informative and courteous. When he finished the job and left he cleaned up left as if he was never here.

our installation of one unit of a detached building in 2021 and two units of our home in 2022. They were on time, great
communication, quick and
efficient! I highly recommend
using them if you need to replace your AC. They were very good in explaining
everything in detail. I have used General Air ever since.
We use them for our
preventative maintenance to keep our home systems
running smoothly all year.
I highly recommend their priority service club membership maintenance visits.

This is a follow-up review after summer maintenance check of A/C.
A week after our summer maintenance visit we started having issues with our upstairs A/C unit in the attic started to leak and caused an overflow of water from the drain pan. For three straight days water kept filling up the drain pad and shutting off the A/C after the overflow shut-off valve was installed by Ron Cefarelli on day one. On day two Aaron Loftin came out and did a very thorough diagnostic to try and find the root cause of what was causing the unit to keep leaking. He explained to me in detail what could be the problem and the solution to correct it and he made the adjustments. On day three when it happened again he immediately came back the next day with the determination of a bloodhound to fix the problem. It has now been three days with the A/C operating as normal. If I have any A/C concerns in the future I am calling General Air Conditioning and asking for Aaron Loftin.

This is a first class operation. Competent staff every time, punctual and efficient service. Great work at a fair price.The technician Mike was great, professional, and the tenants praised his work and professionalism. I have multiple rental properties in the upstate and will only use General going forward for all my HVAC needs.

Our A/C went out in the middle of June - General Air made sure to have someone come out to take a look the same day. The tech texted and called before showing up then proceeded to check out my system and fix it within a few minutes. Best thing was he had the part on the truck and had me back in cold air very fast. Manny was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with.

Initially Matt came out to our home and did a thorough analysis of our needs and talked through options with us. He made great recommendations for us. Vitaliy and Adam were our installers and did a great job putting in a new HVAC system in our home. We couldn't be more pleased. They were very timely and kept everything clean and our new system is working great!!! We would definitely recommend GeneralAC and their team!

Vitaliy and Adam Batt were very punctual and got straight to work on removing old units and replacing new ones. I had 2 units replaced. The communication between us and them were great. Cleaned up work area each day. They were very respectful. I would highly recommend Vitaliy and Adam to do any services needed.
