Randy came out we spoke about what I checked and he understood it and confirmed what I did and continued from there. Found additional issues and corrected them. Joined the maintenance plan and received a fair discount. This company ok based on my experience!

We are Howard Custom Builders/Renovators. We have been having issues with a Navien tankless water heater installed in a home last year and had our plumber and HVAC guys trying to find the issues but kept kicking out errors. I had Shawn take a look at it, he was very thorough, got on the phone with Navien and drilled down until he found the intermittent issues, ordered a part from Navien and is installing as soon as the part arrives. Great job.

I am so happy that I had Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing inspected the HVAC units at my new house as they found several problems that should be fixed by the builder. They also offered several services that we can use to keep our house's air fresh and clean. I will definitely refer this company to my friends.

Anything BUT easy air. I've sat in a house for almost TWO months because our BRAND new ac that they installed, broke. And its taken them forever to order new parts. We have called them so many times its unbelievable. Currently sitting in an ice cold house. Don't bother calling this company.

After driving 9 hours to my Aunt's house in SC, I walk in and it was 86 degrees inside! I immediately did a Google search and found Easy Air. They sent Kyle out within 2 hours and he was a life saver! I would definitely recommend Easy Air!

I was referred to Easy Air by a family friend who spoke highly of the Company. Unfortunately, my experience was less than pleasant. I called to join the monthly maintenance service they provide. The lady on the phone was extremely curt and unhelpful. She would not even give me a price for how much their services cost! What kind of company expects you to allow a technician to be sent to your house without telling you the cost? Mind you I didn’t ask for a quote on a new HVAC unit. I simply asked what is the standard service call charge and how much does the monthly maintenance plan cost. I even asked for a range of prices and she wouldn’t tell me! Oh and btw they also will not even come to your house if you have a home warranty! I have a home warranty from when I purchased the home, which expires in a few months, but my HVAC unit isn’t broken. I wanted someone to simply come and check the unit and make sure everything is ok and perform some routine maintenance. You can’t file a claim with a home warranty company for maintenance! So what’s the problem? Needless to say I did not schedule service and took my business elsewhere. When a company won’t tell you how much their services cost it is always a good idea to AVOID!

Rob came out and was in touch with the manufacturer about a replacement blower motor, picked it up locally and it was fixed and running correctly. I'm a custom home builder and one of the companies I use for new construction looked at it and didn't find the problem. Rob nailed it.

Easy Air+Heat+Plumbing is a wonderful place to work. I would know, I work there. Such a great group of people. We all really enjoy helping our customers. Give us a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.
