Excellent. Very pleased with Ron's maintenance service today.

Today we had Ben for spring maintenance. He was on time and personable. He went about his business in a professional, and from what I could tell, thorough manner.

Our winter service was completed today by Ron and his trainee William. Again, we are completely satisfied with General and their employees 😀
Our system is now 10 years old and is running fine, thanks to having General maintain it. However, we wanted to find out what our options and costs would be when it's time to replace it. Matt came out and reviewed our system and assured us that our system is currently operating effectively. He explained what our various options with costs would be when the time comes. It was in easy to understand terms and he didn't leave until he had answered all our questions to our satisfaction. There was no cost for this service. We are very pleased with General's services and highly recommend them.
Today was our Spring maintenance service. JR was our technician today, as Ron had another assignment. We had all the respect and confidence in him and his work. Everything checked out operating as it should. Happy to have The General for our HVAC service provider.

JR was very professional and knowledgeable and got our issue fixed in a very timely manner!

Matt came out and on time and extremely helpful. He helped me walk through and decide the best corse of action to fix my duct work. Highly recommend to anyone needing heating and air work done.

Great to work with. The techs were on time, easy to work with, and gave me a full verbal report before leaving. We use General routinely. Highly recommend them for new equipment and service after the sale.

Manny did amazing. It was great service. He was very nice and explained every step of the process, why the maintenance needed to be done as well as showed us before and after photographs to show us the improvement to the units operation as well as explaining how to prevent issues in the future. I would recommend this tech and company to anyone needing services!

Adam and Chris were punctual, very professional and cordial. Heating was not consistent through house so needed a quote on getting it up to standard. Chris will be sending quotes for different options. He was very straightforward and open regarding all the options I had to remedy the issue.

Vitale and Mike P. did great work installing a new York A/C and heating unit for us today. They were on time and very professional, and insisted on vacuuming and cleaning up afterward. Will definitely use this company again.

Highly impressed with the well-oiled machine that is General AC! Quick response time and turnaround on reasonable estimate with multiple options for replacing our older home's AC and furnace. Install day was efficient, and the installers worked hard on one of the hottest days of the year. Quality check follow-up shortly after helped solve minor concerns and check everything was in order. Everyone was always on time, and I always got customized reminders via text about who was coming and when.
