Tuck and Howell came as our gas pack failed and we needed an estimate on repair or replacement We also had 7 other hvac guys come to give us quotes Tuck and Howell were the ONLY ones who charged us to come and they charged us more than they told us on the ohone The charge was $429 They also gave us a ridiculous price to replace it and added other things that were not necessary We went with another Carrier dealer that was honest and did not charge for taking our system apart to see if it was repairable
We would not use them again
