Tuck & Howell Incorporated

We have been using Tuck & Howell since they did the first install on our Greer home in 1986. Katherine was the tech this week for HVAC PM and her competence and professionalism is off the charts. She makes good use of her cell phone to show me photos and videos of potential problems. We asked for her specially to perform two identified needed repairs yesterday and again did great.

The technician was prompt and courteous and quickly fixed my A/C.

Dale a did an amazing job forus today, especially in this heat. He is a great asset to y'all and a great person in general. I called Tuck & Howell to schedule and continue biannual preventative maintenance that was ordered by the previous homeowners. Brandt, a technician, came out to my house and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained a few things about the new house to me and even promised to bring back 2 air filters that he didn't have on his truck. Highly recommend!

They caused a major problem knowing it was their fault but after 25 years of paying my dues they want to charge me thousands of dollars to fix what they caused. Not a good company any more.
