Our family is so thankful for the wonderful folks at On Call Plumbing Heating & Air! After over 20 years, our HVAC unit suddenly died on a Friday night. After being away for the weekend, I called On Call and that very evening--a Monday night--their technician, Rod, came and assessed the situation. The very next day we had the quote on a new unit and the very next morning after that, Rod, Steven and Cory showed up bright and early to remove the old unit and install a wonderful, brand-new Trane unit. So, in less than 48 hours of when Rod first came to our home, they had our problem SOLVED! Hooray! These people care and are committed to doing the right thing. They will have our Heating & Air business from now on! Also, a big thanks to Kelly & Justin in their office. We appreciate all of you very much! Thanks for getting our home nice, cool and comfortable again so quickly.

Very good experience with this local (Columbia) location. Responsive. Immediate help. Replaced tankless water heater after clear diagnostics were performed. Has choice of multiple repairs or to have new unit with 10 year warranty. Hank was terrific as a well qualified service technician. 5 star!

We appreciate Hank at On Call very much! We had a leak at the water meter near the road and it was on our side of the property so home owner responsibility. The tech was able to come out same day and because we discovered the problem early enough it was an easy fix. He also advised us of a potential problem that may occur due to having way too much water pressure. We asked him to take care of that too and he showed me everything that was done before completing the job. All in all it was about 3 hours from first call to completed work. Thank you so much!!

We have used On Call Plumbing several times for various plumbing needs. Today our technician was Chase and he was prompt and courteous. He took his time to investigate the issues we were having and was able to address them quickly and professionally.

Stephen and Paul were awesome! Stephen was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He helped us understand the repairs and gave us extra information to help us best care for our HVAC long term. I would recommend them and On Call all day.

My first experience with this company and Chase was my technician. There are not enough adjectives for the service and courtesy extended by this young man! He did a great job on my problem at hand, and also gave me other suggestions that were extremely helpful! I will not use another company for plumbing, and or related issues!

I think they’re a great business. Our house sewer was backing up into the home bc it was clogged. He came out very late at night to unclog the drain. He wasn’t able to get it but stated he would come back 1st thing in the morning to retry, which he did bright and early. He stayed out there for at least two hours trying to unclog the sewer pipe to no avail. He didn’t not charge us (which most companies do even if they can’t fix the problem) bc he didn’t unclog the sewer. He was remorseful but I applauded his effort. We then called the city and it was a backup on their line, so they cleared it. I really appreciate the On-Call tech for working that hard to help us out!!

Every time I call them they come. I manage an apartment complex and when an ac unit or major plumbing issue occurs I call them. They are reliable, professional and experts at what they do. The most recent techs were Stephen and Rod. Shout out to Micah and Hank as well. You guys are the best!!! Thank you to all of those who take my calls too. You ladies are awesome!! I recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC and Plumbing repairs or new installations. On Call are the ones TO CALL!!!.

Twice in the last two weeks I have needed immediate A/C service at two separate properties. Both times, Stephen with On Call Plumbing Heating & Air responded immediately. He quickly diagnosed the issues, fixed the problems and gave me useful tips to help maintain my units.
