On Call Plumbing, Heating & Air

I called this company to replace a thermostat in my resident and they told me they could do it tomorrow morning at 10am then the next day they called and told me they could not do it. i explain to the lady that i have small children an i got to have heat. This is so unprofessional

why would you advertise that you are open 24 hours and when I called on a Friday at 4:50 pm the response is , we will not be able to get out to you until monday.... That is not a 24 hour business.... please fix your advertisement... thx
