We have been a customer for over 40 years, and the service has always been outstanding. Michael is WONDERFUL!! He is personable, professional, excellent customer service. It’s always a pleasure to have him do maintenance or work on my unit.

Have used the technician for many years but their family business( Temperature Control Service) was merged into Davis Climate Control. Very friendly and professional. Showed up on time. An hour later he was finished. I will use this company again.

I have been a client for many years,they were recommended to me by a friend of mine in Real State after that I was unhappy with other company who was very unprofessional and inventing things that my A.C. did not had,based on that personal experience, ,I do recomend them with out any hesitation ,I am not afraid to let them in my house and me ,go to work,while they are doing their job,they are there when you need them... raining, snowing,night and day,because we can not live in the South with out heat or air condition..amen

Had to call them to come out twice. First time they said they fixed it but didn’t. This resulted in a second call. Tech came back out and like before said he fixed the issue but he didn’t. Had to end up calling another company who came right out and fixed it correctly. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

Very knowledgeable, high quality work. Everyone who worked on our house was respectful, courteous and hard-working. I can't reccomend them enough, they are easily the best company I've ever worked with for HVAC.

Edit: for reference, I am outside Lexington county, maybe if I were closer to Lexington it would be different? Customer service after the fact is very disappointing. For a recommendation to someone who had zero local knowledge, this was the best I could find at the time. The bulk of work was well done, but there are small things and finish work that could have been done better or weren't done at all. When I contacted the company for corrections a few months after installation I was met with argumentative push-back and then ignored. I'm now going to have to spend more money with a local company who I can trust to clean up the installation.

Terrible. Continued to have condensation issues after I closed on my home. They were hired by the seller to address a condensation issue on my home inspection and after I moved in co tinier to have problems. They were contacted and told me it was my fault for turning the air on low while it was humid out side. Continues to have an issue and tonight I almost fell on my kitchen floor as yet another vent is leaking condensation which has produced a large amount of water on the floor. I also hired another hvac company who identified the issue as something else.

Glenn is honest, reliable, on-time and efficient.
