Needed to find the right fittings for a replacement pressure washer hose. I found an employee rite away, explained my connection issue from new hose to wand. They were knowledgeable and handed me exactly what I needed.

This is a good place to get misc. tools and equipment. I would say their quality is a good bit better than Harbor Freight (that does depend on what you're comparing - some are similar and some are better) and the pricing is reasonable. The staff is responsive at my local store and have been helpful when I've been in the store. I shop here often.

My first order! Easy to order from very nicely laid-out website; best prices I could find too. Hoping they arrive in time they estimated. So far, so good!

Ordered a special order item on Sept 29th was told it will be in, in a week. Every week I have called only to get the excuse it should be in next week. It has been in stock in there Fort Mill warehouse the whole time. Customer beware, DO NOT ORDER SPECIAL ORDER.
Look for items in other stores. Customer service very low at this store.

Management team, and floor personnel go out of their way to assist customer's needs!!!
