As the weather warms up and having to Push the thermostat from heat to cool my unit wasn’t working correctly! I called sweets comfort service from a former install (furnace replacement). They were quick to schedule, friendly and over all easy going. Rick was my technician he showed up on time, very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I believe in giving my business to surrounding neighbors and friends and Sweet Comfort Services HVAC is on that list!

Mr. Sweet is the best. Very thorough and professional. Quick response time. No nonsense assessments. Always felt like he had my best interests in mind and was honest and trustworthy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Jeremy was very insightful. He is the owner and he came out to do our inspection and give us an estimate. He was very helpful. We was very thorough and he told us exactly what we needed. Our estimate was done on the 19th and we were able talk financing the following week and schedule the installation of our new ac unit, and furnace and everything. They were quick and efficient. The day they did the installation we were worried that it was going to have to get pushed bc of the rain. But they came and did the job. We are happy customers. We definitely recommend them. 👌

This company was sent to us through our home warranty. I had been unhappy with previous service providers they sent but Sweet Comfort went above and beyond for us! Our heat went out 2 weeks before a holiday and we found out we needed a whole new unit. They were able to get our unit replacement approved and installed before the holiday despite dealing with setbacks from the home warranty. We had heat just in time before a cold front! Installers were friendly and efficient. The owner communicated very well with me. I was very happy with this company. I would recommend them and use them again!

Jerimy and Sweet Sevices have been wonderful to us. Not only suggesting fixes that were cost efficient but also being realistic about our options, they were the only ones in a string of 5 companies to even get back to us with a solution. I have had an excellent experience with Sweet Comfort Services. I found them after having a bad experience with my home warranty company and the service company that was assigned when my HVAC unit broke down recently.
I was so stressed out and literally about to croak from the heat. After searching online, I noticed the good reviews under Sweet Comfort Services and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a gentleman named Adam and he was able to get me on the schedule.
My service technician, CJ, was courteous and very knowledgeable. The owner, Jerimy Sweet, has such a good heart. Sweet Comfort has been an absolute godsend. It’s such a relief to deal with a trustworthy company that makes you feel like everything is going to be well taken care of. They are a solid company, I absolutely trust them and will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

The experience was great! After going through three years of difficulty with our heating and air unit, Jamie, of Sweet Comfort, came right in and discovered the problem. We had over three other contractors service our unit for a diagnostic and they could never come up with a solution that worked. We remained uncomfortable year in, and year out. That is until Sweet Comfort found that our unit was the incorrect size and things were not connected properly. Unfortunately, the company that replaced our unit three years prior, had ordered a 2.5 unit, instead of the 3 ton unit.
We were truly grateful, and blessed, that Sweet Comfort came along, because we can now stay cool in the comfort of our home. They installed an entirely new system to get us up and running again. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and dependable. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Kudos for a job well done!
