We have used Jerimy Sweet for our home and for our rental properties. He is always pleasant, honest, and fair. Sometimes we may not like having to make repairs, but he will repair when he can and replace if he must. We have used 2 other companies in the past for estimates and both insisted the units needed to be replaced. We called Sweet, got the units repaired at a reasonable price and will definitely call again, this time for maintenance, before something breaks.

Had issues with our system, so we made an appointment. Able to come out a whole day earlier than originally planned and resolved everything in minutes. Slept nice and cool thanks to them!
