Cassell Brothers was GREAT! They communicated with us prior to the appointment and showed up one time with a smile. What we thought was going to be an expensive fix ended up not breaking the bank at all do to Steve Allen. He was diligent, knowledgeable and just as friendly as could be!! I will absolutely use Cassell Brothers for HVAC and plumbing in the future and would recommend them to everyone. Next time I will definitely request Steve Allen as well, great guy! Thanks again for a job well done!!

My technician, Xavier Jackson, was amazing. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Even late in the evening, he maintained his professionalism and good-humor attitude. He was thorough and got my A/C back up and running for what proved to be a very hot weekend. Mr. Jackson is an asset to your company and represented you with the highest of integrity. Our AC stopped working 4th of July weekend and the interior got up to 90. They were so quick to respond on a holiday weekend and were great! Drew was very professional and helpful, he was able to solve the problem very quickly and explain it well. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends!

I called Cassell Brothers late yesterday afternoon, when my AC stopped working. They had a technician (Brodrick) at my house this afternoon. He was professional, efficient & very well mannered. Fortunately for me, he already had the part on his truck that he needed to fix my AC unit, so I had cool air circulating less than an hour after he arrived. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have my AC unit repaired on the 17 years that I’ve had it. Each time I called Cassell Brothers & every time I have been very pleased with the service. It’s a company that I highly recommend to people all the time.

Service technicians immediately found the problem. They were professional and very personable. There was follow-up after the first visit to ensure that the unit was working. I call that going above and beyond. The office staff is genuinely nice and seem to care about customers having issues in the middle of high temperatures. The service manager is a great guy, and I would recommend this company to anyone. If you're lucky, you'll get Wriston or Caleb as your technicians. Great guys!

Our downstairs unit stopped working out of nowhere. I replaced the thermostat since it went black and i troubleshooted everything I knew. I called and got a same day appointment. Daniel was very professional and thorough with his inspection and was able to get the unit back up and running. He added coolant and ran other diagnostic tests to make sure there were no further issues or issues that may occur in the near future. I highly recommend Cassell Brothers and Daniel as a technician!

Very happy with how quickly this company was able to get a tech out to look at our hvac. I called at 7pm and they were here by 10am. Drew was fantastic, explained everything and completed tasks required. He was also very nice and cooperative with my young son. Appreciate everything Drew did

Working with Drew and the Cassell Brothers team was fantastic from start to finish. They came out the same day our AC went out and had the problem diagnosed in no time. After ordering some parts we were back up and running very quickly. We are so happy that we called them to service our AC and were very impressed by the professionalism and quality of service they provided us.

I had a very good experience with Castle Brothers contractor, Tyler today. Tyler Smith came out as my service technician. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Tyler made sure to keep me updated on my service through text message and calls because I did not get a service time window so as a result I was not home when he arrived. When I arrived, Tyler had already informed me that my system needed a new filter and he had to go back to the main office to grab a new filter for me to install. Tyler was very knowledgeable, very transparent, and very helpful in my decision making for my unit. I will be using cassell brothers again soon.

I used Cassell Brothers today for a general AC inspection and maintenance. Daniel, my technician, was extremely professional and thorough. Daniel explained the maintenance needs of my unit and performed them satisfactorily. I am glad I've signed up for the maintenance program to give me peace of mind regarding my unit and it performing through all the seasons.
