    If I could get this company zero stars I would. I have been getting the runaround between May, heating and air and American home shield since March. At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I don’t usually submit reviews, but I literally feel helpless at this point. I have been patient, and I am still at a house without AC in the Georgia heat with four kids & 2 pets, and we can’t take it anymore. I have submitted multiple complaints to both companies and they continue to each blame the other. May heating and air say that American home shield won’t send them the part that they need and American home shield say that they have sent this. At this point it doesn’t matter who’s fault it is, we still have no air-conditioning during the Georgia summer. I would not recommend this company or American home shield.

    I had them come out on the 3rd of April because my furnace was not working, it took them 3 to 5 days to come out to tell me it wasn’t working ordered the part rescheduled a week, that appointment came didn’t come out or no call from them until I called them regarding appointment time and another appointment with no contact from them and late. I will not use them again.

    Super hard to reach by phone. When they run into issues they leave you on hold and never come back to the phone. This happen 3 times. They also reschedule appointment without your consent so good luck. You’ll miss time from work for nothing. Do no use them!

    I used them through American Home Shield and the technician came out to repair my heat pump—the technician stated that I had a wire that was frayed/chewed by an animal, then reports back to American Home Shield that I needed a new condenser on unit because it was damaged or chewed by an animal!! I called back to get a quote on repairs, no one ever called me back and they say they would email me a quote—no email or quote. I called another contractor to check my unit, comes to find out, my condenser coil wasn’t damaged at all!! The problem with my unit was a bad transformer on the furnace and a back contact for the fuses—-in other words May Heating and Air misdiagnose my unit and was about to have me spend unnecessary money for something that wasn’t broken! My advice is stay away from this company and American Home Shield!!

    May Heating installed a new HVAC system in our home in March 2022 through our Warranty company. We had to pay for half of the new system and it has never worked since installation. We were told it was an electrical problem so we had 2 electricians come out and they said everything is connected and getting electricity. My warranty company and us have left phone messages and emails for them to come and fix whatever the problem is and nobody will call us back or email us. NOTHING! We are now in the summer months in the south and our house is like a sauna. Our warranty has sent another company out to check it which we had to pay someone again and they don't know what May Heating did because they want a lot more money to replace it again. Don't use this company unless you have money to waste. Very dissatisfied and very upset.

    After being notified by this LLC and doing some research...I have found that my initial assessment/review of this company...was an error on my part. I meant to review the May Heating and Air company located in Georgia. So, again my mistake and my apologies. I have NOT ever used this company
    INITIAL ERRORED REVIEW: Unless you are desperate, I WOULD NOT use this co.pany; for the following reasons: - First appointment, No Show and No Call. Rescheduled, Second appointment, after initial scheduled times, 8am-12...appointment time was changed to 10-2pm...with no explanation. Technician finally arrived...after 2:45pm. After reviewing HVAC system, tech said he needed nitrogen...which he DID NOT have in his current vehicle stock. So a THIRD appointment would have to be made. Upon calling the company and being placed on hold for more than 7 minutes, we were told that the earliest appointment would be 3 days later. When pressed to work with our work schedule,
    the customer representative was unaccomadating, rude and downright disrespectful. In conclusion, the actions of this company and staff show a pattern of unprofessionalism, poor customer service and lack of preparedness and customer value. In short, don't waste your time or monies.

    They are a very professional company! Always on time and always get the job done. I don’t know what we would have done without them taking care of our units!! But we really need two new units, praying we are chosen for the feee giveaway❤️🙏🏾 My Youth home really needs it!!

    Wonderful experience with Conrad from this company! They replaced the entire HVAC unit and repaired/ replaced the heater motor. Totally professional, affordable, showed up on time and did the job! Highly recommend!

    May heating and air is not professional and a rip off. They try to manipulate you and over charge you for what you don't need. even when their technicians find out that you have a background in their field they still try to insult you. They make up how much refrigerant goes in your system just to charge you extra. They overcharge you for the refrigerant also. They are almost double the price of any leading competitor in the area. if your warranty company recommends them decline immediately. If you don't want to be charged double the price stay away from May heating and air.
