I am so pleased with Kaminer. I have been using them for years. They are an excellent company. They’re always on time and the technicians are amazing. I just had my service done and the technician that came out was Nick F He is such an asset to this company. He did such an amazing job took the extra step. He was very polite professional. He did an excellent job, and I am so pleased that he is working for this company. He definitely should be recognized he is awesome and Kaminer is awesome as well. I recommend them to everyone that has any problems with their heating and air. Amazing company an amazing people.

Not only was he on time, Dean called and asked if he could come a bit earlier than the appointment time for a preventative maintenance visit. He is very professional, a hard worker, and takes pride in his craft. He even waxed the AC condenser cabinet so it looks new. Afterwards, we went through the checklist together and he took time to explain some details about my HVAC system. I appreciate how Kaminer Heating and Cooling does business.

Chris Conroy was very professiona. He showed me pictures of all the things before and after the work he completed. He also did a few tasks that he recommended in a timely manner like cleaning the fins of the unit. The best service I have received thus far and hope he comes back for my winter maintenance. Nick is the technician that came out and he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his patience in answering my questions and explaining things in a way that I understood. I have Kaminer saved in my contact list so I'll definitely call again.

I went two days without my A/C working properly and the other company recommended to me wouldn't be able to come until 3 days from now. I called Kaminer today see if they can get someone over sooner, expecting maybe tomorrow at the earliest, and I was overjoyed to find out that they were able to send someone the same day! I know that won't be the same case for everyone, but just the swiftness and professionalism they showed made me a fan(pun intended). I would recommend higher if I could.

One of our AC units went out on the night of 7/3. He arrived shortly after the call and immediately got us back in service. Appreciate the quick response before the holiday.

The gentleman was great , polite and showed me photos of my system so I knew what was being done . He knocked each time he needed in the house and had a happy good attitude.
