Couldn’t have asked for better service from Kaminer Heating and Cooling. From the owners all the way to the service technician (Rusty) that replaced the coil in our unit…service was top notch. Communication was perfect and consistent, everyone was friendly and knowledgable. We will be using Kaminer from now on.

I've never had a negative experience with Kaminer, today was no exception. Dennis usually comes to service our units and he is always pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with our kids & dogs running around. There was a repair that needed to be done on our unit and he did a great job, as usual. Thanks!

Dennis sent a text before he arrived and was punctual when arriving. He went straight to work in servicing our unit. He wore protective foot covers which we really appreciated. He finished the service in a timely manner and shared with us his findings. He did suggest some recommendations, but was not pushy regarding having us do them at this time. We feel he was very honest in telling us about the things that could be done. He was pleasant and seemed to be very knowledgeable about our unit and his profession.

VERY impressed with Rusty, the on-call tech who came out when my AC wasn't working. He identified several issues and corrected them quickly and efficiently, and even gave me some tips on things to do before I put my house on the market next year!
