On Call Plumbing, Heating & Air

This is the second time we've use On Call and both times they provided fast, professional service with an excellent outcome. They are not the cheapest provider around, I'm sure, but when you get GOOD work done RIGHT NOW, I don't expect it to also be cheap! :-) Both issues were time sensitive. The first one was no hot water. The water heater was old and they recommended we replace it, which was done THE SAME DAY! Wow! The second was clogged drains throughout the house that Shawn took care of. This time we chose to wait until Monday when the rates were lower (v.s. Sunday which would have cost a lot more) and once again the work was excellent and done right away. Yes!

Heat was out in my elderly aunts house called 5 places. On Call was only one to come out and brought heaters in case they had to order parts. Will is a great representation of a good company.

Had to close the ladies toilet in our office this morning due to a leak. Called these folks and they hustled right on over. Chase had us fixed up and back to work in no time. Very friendly folks.

Sequoyah was AWESOME! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Like the review I saw just before mine, I too was quoted a much higher price than was really needed. I was quoted $1200 for a repair that a different company ended up repairing for less than half.
I also see a charge on my credit card now that was not authorized. When they open I will be calling to find out what happened with that. Look for the next available company

Called midday today and the person at the office was very polite yet apologetic that they could not guarantee a technician today. She did assure us that but if that had any techs freed up they would do everything they could to work us in. We continued to call other places trying to find someone only to get a call back literally 10 minutes later saying someone was on the way. Bruce showed up, was professional, and quickly got a handle of what was needed to repair the issue (old shower rough in assembly had failed). Within a few hours he had obtained the parts and had fixed our problem!
Would definitely use them again!!

Bobby did a great job. I called @ 7:07 pm and spoke with answering service. Bobby called @ 7:47 and advised he would be here between 9 - 9:30. He called @ 9:47 to say he was on his way and arrived @ 10:20 pm. Even though I had to wait a little while, it was Sunday AND Father's Day. Was so glad he was willing to come out to make the repairs.

The best experience with plumbing repairs I could have asked for - from the office to the work. Shawn was the technician that was assigned for my issues. He was very respectful, courteous and informative. He explained everything being done each step of the way. I will definitely use On Call in the future for any of my plumbing issues and highly recommend them!
