Mark was AMAZING! Not only did he come out on a weekend but gave us all our options and was super knowledgeable. Angie at the main office went above and beyond to make sure our unit got ordered and we knew our care plan options to avoid any future mishaps! What a family this place is and treats you with such kindness and respect. Could not recommend their services enough!

Tried to replace a thermostat and messed it up. Called them with an emergency as the temperature was going to be freezing over the weekend. Brandon came out within a couple hours and got it up and running. Very thankful.

Technician came to the house to check on a condenser unit that was making a groaning sound. The technician checked the unit and told me it may need some Freon and it might quite down the system. I told him to go ahead and lets see. It made a marginal difference and he suggested a condenser renewal product. He then collect his tools and totaled up his bill. He came back to door and said it would be $950. I was shocked. He explained Freon has gone way up. So I signed and paid the billed reluctantly. I called around town a few days later to other HVAC company's and got quotes of $99/ service call and $95/lb for Freon so the same visit would have been $300. Then I called cool care back and complained about the price. The manager asked me if I had signed the tablet approving the work and I said I didn't have a choice since the work is done. He said there was nothing he can do. 100% customer satiation is just a thing they say. As a side note I should have learned my lesson when they were doing service on my units in past they incorrectly programed the thermostat zone controls which I had to fix myself after several visits by them to resolve the issue. Do not hire these guys. I will never call them agian

Matt answered several questions about the unit for me and explained how the heat pump works better than anyone before. Would like him to be my maintenance person

Always had great experience with Cool Care. Last Christmas Eve they came and installed a new system since our heat just quit working. They are coming tomorrow to work under the house. I know they will do a great job!

I was very impressed with cool care all the way around! The front office staff was very delightful to work with and prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. Being a female living alone it is very hard trusting certain companies to not take advantage of you when it comes to work being done and prices. After having two bad experiences with two over HVAC companies I decided to try cool care and I am so happy I did.
Not only was my entire unit replaced in one day but my technician "John" was so kind and helpful. The day after my unit was put in, all of the electricity in my house went out. I called John and he came out and looked to see if the new unit had anything to do with this issue. Come to find out I had a loose wire in one of my electrical sockets that he fixed out of the kindness of his heart on a Saturday! He could have easily left and told me to call an electrician.
I have had my unit for about two months now and I have noticed a difference in my bill as well. I am beyond happy with Cool Care and will not only refer them to anyone I know but continue to use them!
