We called them in for estimates after many years with another service provider. They were knowledgeable and directly answered our questions. Their estimates for reducing and annual service were good and they now have the jobs. May go to five stars after the work is completed.

5-19-2023: Semi-annual service completed ten days ago. Parts came in for comfort air whole house filtration system, replacing UV Bulbs and static filters. Two very competent techs job well done and removed all packaging material from crawl space. These folks replaced/rebuild our ducting system last year and everything was revealed including around all supply ducts. Home is notably well conditioned and comfortable and we have noted a 10-15% energy savings in both heating and cooling seasons.

Buying a new home is stressssssful- waking up from the HVAC making loud noises at night didn’t help. What DID help was Jason coming out and fixing the problem right away in the morning. He was able to diagnose, fix, and provide helpful tip for a first time buyer.

Back in 2010, I hired Cool Care to reattach the ducts to the vents. They took my money, but did not do the work. Perhaps they assumed I would not go into the crawlspace to verify? I complained, and then they did the work. I would have posted this earlier, but I just found the receipt!
