I used them for a home inspection of the HVAC system, first they were late to the house. I then proceeded to pay the cost, I have one packaged unit and a mini-split in the FROG.
They charged me $199.89 for the inspection.

I then received an email from my realtor stating the hvac company wants to be paid in order to release the report I said I had paid it already then called the company.

They told me they had two systems and I had to pay another $79.80 just for the mini-split. I was not happy about that then asked if they offer veteran discount, they said no.

I told them I am not happy with their services and that I would not be using them for future service calls, their response was, “ Uh okay”

Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this place with a free gift certificate even.

Brandon R did an awesome job servicing our HVAC system today. He provided pictures to show what he did and provided before and after pictures to prove it. His thorough assessment of our system was explained in such a exceptional manner unlike we’ve experienced before. He answered all of our questions and followed up with us as promised. We found him to be extraordinary service guy.

Brandon came out the same day I called with my problem, on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. He could not have been nicer and was generous with his time and attention. He did everything he could to assist us with our issue that evening.

I had been experiencing intermittent problems with my 15 year old unit. They were very helpful in advising me if I should invest money into an old unit or replace with a new, energy efficient unit. I chose to go with a new unit and could not be happier. They scheduled the appointment for installation and were right on time. Walter and CJ did an excellent job for me.
