I had a great experience with Cool Care! We just moved into our home a few months ago and all of a sudden our AC went out. I knew to call Cool Care as they are prominent in the community and seem to be extremely knowledgable. I called them Memorial Day afternoon and was impressed (firstly) with a human answering me and (secondly) for scheduling someone to come out the following mid-morning. Brandon came out around 1pm as promised. He walked me through the issues, how to fix these issues now and long-term which was important to me as I am not familiar with how HVAC works and this is the first home we have owned. Brandon was extremely helpful and understanding. He was able to diagnose + fix the problem in an hour. It made sense to join their membership program and to use them moving forward for any and all repairs. I cannot say thank you enough to this team and really appreciate how smoothly this unfortunate situation went! And no problems since then!

My 15-year-old A/C unit went out in late April/early May and I shopped around Columbia, SC for a great company to purchase and install a new A/C unit. Cool Care was by far the most professional company that I interacted with during this search, so I chose them to install my new unit. Mark McKellar was my Service Technician for my initial quote and Quality Check after my new A/C unit was installed. Mark is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in this field and gave me 4 quotes on different units up front so that I could look through with my family to make a decision. He also let me call him on a Saturday with my final decision and how to schedule the install. I would recommend Mark McKellar and Cool Care 100 times over. Thank you!

Seth & Justin came out less than 24 hours from my initial call to make a repair on my 20+ YO LP gas fireplace line. Clean, prompt~ early morning commuter traffic notwithstanding~ professional, and courteous.
Oh, and efficient, let's not forget that! In & out in 20 minutes!
I knew I was in good hands with Cool Care; they'd already installed an HVAC setup on my "above ground basement"!

I've used Cool Care for years and today's service continued to exceed my expectations. Brandon came out to service my HVAC units and did an outstanding job! He was polite upon arrival, respectful of our home, professional in explaining his process, efficient in his use of time, and thorough in his overall servicing of the units. He even took before and after photos to show me the improvements he made on the units. He made suggestions for upgrades and equipment, but did not pressure me into buying anything on the spot and said he would be happy to talk through any questions at a later time if I had them. I know I will continue to use Cool Care for all my HVAC needs. They have always been great and Brandon's service today was exceptional!

Brandon was very professional and informative. They scheduled him and his assistant out the same day I called, and it was a Friday. So my tenants did not have suffer over the weekend. Not only was he on time but actually asked to come earlier. He kept me informed on all aspects of the different repairs he had to make. I will not only use them with both my condos but I will definitely recommend them to other owners. Cool Care is definitely a 5 star company.

Brandon Rehill was my technician today and I cannot say enough positive things about him! On a personal level he was friendly, personable, kind to my dogs, easy to talk to, and very courteous. He even recommended someone to help me take care of my yard when I mentioned I was having trouble keeping up with it!
His professional qualities, as well, deserve more than 5 stars. He is more than competent. In fact, he is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and asked me pointed questions about the heating and cooling to make sure he completely understood my particular usage and situation. He explained how I might save money on power and gas. He really took his time, was very thorough, and gave me more than excellent customer service. I hope he is my regular technician because, not only would I be happy to have him return any time, but I could also trust that I’m receiving top quality service. As I said, I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cool Care, you are lucky to have technicians like Brandon on your team! (I think you should give him a bonus! 😉). Thank you!!!

Put in a call Saturday, they scheduled me for a Monday appointment. Matt the technician called and said he was maybe 20 minutes away, I told him I need 25 to get there. His voice had a smile in it and he said I will be waiting. He was very professional, nice. Explained what I had going on, way to correct it. Checked out a few things, made a call and got my on schedule with next step. He loves his job and it shows when he talks to you. Will call Cool Care for plumbing, HVAC needs.

Same day Seth Muldowney and Justin Jackson came to look at my tank. Made a call, got me scheduled for next morning replacement. They explained what they saw made recommendations and another call for HVAC to come back check lines. Its good when they give you a heads up on what they see to prevent future issues. When you get service technicians that care about their jobs, they pass that to customers. Everyone that has come out has been very, very professional. Will I use Cool Care again.....YES!!! Thank you Justin, Seth and Matt for making this service great.

Scheduled plumber to fix leaky kitchen sink. Justin Jackson fixed the leaks and adjusted my faucet position to suit my needs. Great service! PS - Cool Care has been my HVAC service provider for over 40 years. Now they do plumbing as well!
