I work out of the country 11 months out of the year and during the fall of 2019 my 12 year old AC unit went out on James island and needed a replacement. Tom with Holy City was prompt and gave me a fair estimate for a new unit. He was able to email and communicate over the phone long distance regarding all issues during the troubleshooting of the old unit and specifics for installing the new unit. Because I bought a new energy efficient unit, I qualified for a rebate from Dominion. After the installation, Tom even filled out and submitted the paperwork for my $500 Dominion energy rebate since I was out of the country and could not take care of it myself.. great service!

Tom and his crew were awesome to work! Came on time when they said they would, helped set up warranty info and how to work the new thermostats. I have referred Holy City to clients in the past and will definitely keep referring them!

Our air upstairs quit in peak summer heat. Holy City did everything they could to move around appointments and prioritize us and the door bell rang in less than an hour from when I placed the call. Leo was friendly and professional. He wore a mask when he was inside, which I really appreciated as my husband is a Type 1 Diabetic. He diagnosed our issue as a failed capacitor and replaced it on the spot for a reasonable price. Last year Holy City fixed a recurrent issue we had with condensation in our garage that two other companies couldn't fix. I highly recommend this company.

Tom and crew were excellent from the start. We had a lot of options which we talked about thoroughly at the first meeting. Tom was very knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable. I was excited to move a new HVAC system to the attic and gain dual zones. We did an addition, and this ended up being a VERY large part of it. Thank you guys for doing amazing work, making our wishes come true and following through every step of the way. The crew is so nice, and SOOOOO clean.

Our AC went out during Hurricane Dorian’s visit, and we called Holy City Heating and Air the following Saturday. They diagnosed the issue, and gave us our options very plainly. Tom, the manager/owner, was very prompt and professional in communicating with us, and was able to help save us some money by activating the warranty on a part.

Our home’s AC broke on one of the hottest days of the summer. Not only could Holy City Heating and Air get to our house within 2 hours, but they were quick, affordable and honest. John Plutschak was super friendly and quickly fixed our issue and had us up and running in a half hour.

Amazing customer service. Parts for our AC system have been on back order due to COVID. Tom Harvey and his team have been there for us with weekly visits to ensure our system is cooling down the house while we wait. I cannot thank these people enough. I highly recommend this company and their phenomenal staff.
