I used Holy City 3 times for three separate plumbing issues all within the last month.
Each time they were courteous, prompt, professional and honest.
Cord worked hard to solve the issues I was having and was pretty quick too.
I have these guys saved in my phone for any future needs, and would 100% recommend them!

Our hot water tank exploded, Holy City Heating & Air were professional and affordable. Hunter provided a quote and had installers available same day for removal and install of a new hot water tank. Our heat pump went out on Christmas Eve because of the cold weather. We called the original installer, because our house is only 3 years old. Did not receive a call-back. In the meantime, we called Holy City on the evening of the 26th, and they were out the very next day (today) and got our problem fixed. Gideon was our technician and he was so very nice and professional. We are thrilled with the timely service, especially on a holiday week, and our problem is fixed. Holy City has the components of a competent and successful business. Via multiple pathways, I consistently heard and read great feedback about Holy City (online search, neighbors and work). I gave them a call and the lady that answered the phone was courteous and patient (I believe it was Christina). Her demeanor was positive and subsequently made me feel like I was making the correct choice by choosing them. We were able to pick a date and time that was best for me and I never felt like I was bothering or inconveniencing her. Moving on to Mark, our tech, he also was kind and patient. He gave a heads up when he was en route and showed up on time. He took ample time walking through the system with us and was confident and communicative. He was respectful of our house and patient with my family (that were in and out while he was trying to work). The fees were reasonable and my system is now working. To summarize, from beginning to end, Holy City instilled confidence and I will be using them for my HVAC needs.

Not choosing Holy City Heating & Air for your HVAC and/or plumbing needs is like going to McDonalds for a good burger....it just doesn't make sense. Ya know? I mean, I don't judge, but I do know firsthand how incredible this company and their people are. Unless they accidentally cut off one of my arms or legs, steal one of our dogs, or force my son to convert to being a Clemson fan, I will never stray from Holy City HVAC. Tyrel is incredible; will bend over backwards to help his customers. Hunter and Adam, and their team, are the nicest and most professional guys. Mark and Alec, and the heating/air team, are also incredible. Perhaps they're all actual robots programmed to be awesome? Certainly seems plausible. Either way, all I know is there is no one more deserving of your business than these guys/gals.
