I hired HCH&A to replace my crawlspace ducts prior to encapsulation, as well as to perform maintenance on my condenser units and air handler, including installation of a REME HALO system.

From the beginning, I was impressed by their communication and work. Leah was helpful at fielding my questions, as there were a lot of moving parts/people, as well as setting up everything.

Everyone I worked with and talked to was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I apologize to those names I did not get, but I want to give a shout out to Mark Cabrera, Matt Bartlett, Brandon Mathewes, Jim Smith, Blake, and Leah.

Matt was especially helpful contacting my encapsulation company (All Pro Crawlspace, Holly) to determine the best plan of mutual action, as well as answering my questions post-installation.

In a city where I find it increasingly difficult to find communicative workers/contractors with integrity, Holy City Heating & Air did not let me down.

Mark and Gideon arrived on time and immediately diagnosed my problem. Another company had completely misdiagnosed what was wrong. We just moved to James Island in April. We bought a house with an old HVAC and new we would have to replace it, as we are remodeling the home. But we thought the existing system would carry thru at least this first summer while we focused on other projects. Just as it started to heat up, our compressor died. We called Holy City and are so glad that we did. Tom Harvey, the owner, came out and did a complete inspection, gave us recommendations and had us 3 detailed quotes before the day was out. Definitely appreciated the heads up text message about his arrival. Robert was so kind to include me in the steps he was taking to perform his job. I actually learned something 😁 I could tell he takes a great deal of pride in getting the job done, which is very important to a customer. Tom and his team at Holy City are the best in the Charleston area when it comes to heating and air! When the owner takes the time to get the job started and the technicians are all friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working...you know you are working with the right company. We augmented our existing a/c with a mini-split and signed up for Holy City's service plan. I could not be happier with the entire process and especially how cool our home is right now in this James Island heat! Thanks again!

Tech was friendly and thorough explaining everything regarding our HVAC unit. Offered suggestions for maintenance with no pressure but only helpful information I have them on a regular maintenance plan and will definitely plan on using them when it comes time to replace
