I used Zack to repair my some plumbing issues I had with my washer machine backing up. I called them on Saturday and on Monday Zack was at my house first thing in the morning. He gave me a reasonable price and the work he did was great!

Tom Harvey, the owner, installed 2 Daikin FIT inverter systems on my home. My electric bill is down waaaay lower than expected. I texted Tom 6:30pm one night saying that I forgot to schedule a service call for my heat. He ate dinner and drove over himself, that very night, and got my system running. Great people, great product and remarkable service. I am seriously in disbelief at the level of service I continue to receive from Holy City Heating and Air!

Holy City is an incredible example of true Customer Service. Tom was quick to respond, polite and over-the-top helpful. He is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He cares about the customer and we cannot thank him enough.

We had three other HVAC companies come out to look at a humidity problem in our bedroom and none of them were able to figure out the issue. But John was able to not only quickly find the issue within minutes but also offer a simple and easy fix. We will definitely be calling Holy City for all of our future HVAC needs!

Called Holy City Heating & Air when our AC unit started power cycling. Tom came and immediately located the problem which was a clogged radiator. He also inspected the unit and noted some other looming problems. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We signed up for a maintenance plan on the spot. Excellent work!

We called because the water heater was leaking and we wanted to find out if it needed to be replaced, we have two and they also checked the tankless water heater and talked about the flow of hot water.We found out the water heater that was leaking was not being used and the tankless was working well! They recommended flushing the water heater not in use and they turned it off. They were fast, helpful and professional! When the tankless goes I will call them to replace! I would also call them if I need work on the HVAC system! Very impressive!

Mark serviced both HVAC systems for summer use. He was professional and explained everything he saw and what impact it could have. Glad he’s the tech sent to our house.
