The Technician, Mr. Adams, was very thorough and knowlegable. Showed pictures and discussed what was going on with both our upstairs and downstairs systems. He pointed out the fire hazards and electrical hazards in the systems because of a bad installation of a new upstairs unit done by another company in 2019. Mr. Adams told me they would do everything possible to get everything redone correctly and safely as soon as possible. Mr. Adams is giving us an estimate today on the work that needs to be done, and the Owner of Holy City will be on touch later today to discuss everything. Mr
Adams was here over 4 hours and is coming back later to recheck everything.

A friend recommended that I call Tom at Holy City H&A when he found out I was looking to replace my AC. This goes to show that word of mouth is the best advertising. The entire process was easy, from the friendly quote process to the installation. The price was easily the most competitive I'd found, the installers were courteous and professional, and the end result is fantastic. This was a particularly tricky install, as it required a crane to lift the unit onto the roof of my building, but even with that added step, the whole process only took a few hours and when they left I would never even have known they were here, except for the cool breeze now blowing from my AC vent! I would use them again in the future and hopefully I can be the "friend" who passes on the word next time.

Holy City Heating and Air are fantastic! Tom was very responsive and helpful as he was able to send over a technician several hours after calling. The technician, George, was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job getting our HVAC system back up and running. I highly recommend doing business with them!

Tom and his crew installed an energy efficient new AC unit and gas furnace for me last summer. As we were discussing my options, Tom was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. The units have worked like a dream. Tom has been very responsive to help me learn the new system and to get the maximum use from it. It is so quiet that I cannot even tell when it turns on and off. I would highly recommend Holy City Heating and Air to anyone!

Fixed our heater in one visit after a technician from another company came out 11 (yes 11) times and couldn't fix it, replacing part after part. The owner himself came out and figured it out in the dark to save us from another January night without heat. They also gave us a decent price on new duct work and some related work, and the owner himself came out again to inspect and finish things to make sure we were happy with everything and it was done right. Highly recommend!

Robert performed our service today. Nice guy, very efficient and thorough. He’s helping us decide what new unit to purchase since the HVAC system in the home we just bought was clearly poorly maintained. Always enjoyable working with Holy City Heating and Air.

Holy City Heating and Air professionally installed a new unit in my home earlier this past Spring.. Fall maintenance was included in the purchase price and Robert Adams was the technician who came to my home to perform the Seasonal maintenance..
He was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and conscientious...it was obvious he takes great pride in his work, which was really so nice to see!! Robert Adams represents this company well and the values it stands for !!
I especially appreciated his attention to detail , making sure that the all aspects of the unit was properly serviced and working well .. he also took the time to explain what was done, even taking pictures to better explain what was done to me ..

Great service. Robert was amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable on all things ductless/mini split systems. Also for future repairs, I didn’t feel forced to “act now” but to take my time and do the repairs as I can.
